Checking this box is equivalent to having read and understood this document in its entirety, as well as giving your valid, freely expressed consent to the processing of your e-mail address for direct marketing purposes. Accordingly, Autonom Services S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Controller") will send such communications exclusively to persons who have opted in.

Subscribing to our newsletter implies the processing, as personal data, of your e-mail address, first name and surname, if (indirectly) derived from your e-mail address (such as name.surname@x.com).

All data processing carried out for the purpose of transmitting information specific to the Operator's marketing activity complies with the rules described in the Privacy Policy of our website.

Subscribing to the newsletter is not subject to any fee, and therefore, the receipt of commercial and marketing messages from the Data Controller is free of charge. The content of the commercial, marketing, and informational communications will be sent to the email address provided by the user for this purpose, provided that the address is correctly entered. The Data Controller assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or correctness of the information provided by users (e.g., the email address).

Our newsletter may contain information regarding:

• The range of services provided by Autonom Rent a Car and the related facilities;

• The geographical scope/expansion of the car rental service coverage;

• The Autonom vehicle fleet;

• Special offers and promotions from Autonom;

• Other commercial, marketing, or informational communications.

The individual who has opted to subscribe to the newsletter has the right to withdraw their consent for receiving commercial communications and to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Consent may be withdrawn either by submitting a written request using the Contact Form available on the website www.autonom.ro or by sending an email to: protectiadatelor@autonom.ro, or by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of each commercial email sent by the Data Controller.

Withdrawal of consent for receiving commercial messages shall not affect the processing of the email address for direct marketing purposes, provided that valid consent for such processing has been previously given.

Following unsubscription, you may re-subscribe to our newsletter at any time, free of charge.
